A HISTORY DEDICATED TO RESEARCH AND INNOVATION

Cinetix, originally known as Cinetix Telecom Solutions, was founded in 2003 by a team of experienced managers and engineers in IT and Electronics applied to Telecommunications. The company quickly gained recognition for its expertise and innovative solutions, establishing a successful partnership with Telecom Italia.

Today, our Group consists of diverse entrepreneurial and engineering minds working collaboratively to drive national and international development.

Development Stages of Cinetix Group

  • 2023

    Multichannel Contact Center Solutions

    Continuing its expansion, the group acquires Necsy, a leading company specializing in Contact Center technologies. It also develops and maintains software solutions for various sectors.

    Noovle-TIM

    Cinetix achieves a significant milestone as Microtel’s Network Visibility becomes part of the National Strategic Hub (a.k.a. “P.S.N.) in the Noovle-TIM data center, responsible for web services for the Italian Public Administration.

    Trentino Research Center

    Cinetix establishes its research center in Trentino, focusing on robotics, image recognition, quality analysis of 5G service, and predictive maintenance utilizing AI and dedicated IoT sensors.

    Expansion in Trentino

    Concentrating applied research and commercialization activities, Cinetix operates from the Business Innovation Center of Borgo Valsugana, supported by the Autonomous Province of Trento.

    Cinetix in Network Visibility

    Cinetix expands further in the digital sector through the acquisition of Microtel Innovation, a leading company in Network Visibility solutions.

    Galvanic Industry and Design

    The group ventures into the industrial sector with the establishment of Phox, a company specializing in planning, automation, industrial robotics, and design.

  • 2009

    X-Poles

    In collaboration with engineering departments of the Universities of Trento and Padua, Cinetix develops X-Poles – an innovative tool for maintaining wooden poles used by telecommunications and energy operators.

    This non-invasive technology gives rise to Oxys Solutions, a company focused on creating innovative non-destructive structural analysis systems.

    Expansion
